What Are Some Excuses You’ve Used To Call In Sick To Work Just To Have A Day At Home?

Anyone have good excuses they used to stay at home.

Ok, after months and months of 6 days 10 hours a day, I was exhausted. I called my boss and told him I was having some trouble with my eyes. He asked, “what is wrong with your eyes?” I answered, ” I just can’t see coming into work today.” After he stopped laughing he gave me the day off. Honesty is always the best policy. The first time you lie is the day you run into the bosses wife at the mall.

I have said that I am throwing up, and that I ate something the day before… i would advice that you say it started yesterday and its prolonged .. cuz sometimes when ppl do get sick to their stomach it does stay for about 2 days….

Excuse – I’m sick (flu)
Just call in sick. You are entitiled to 7 or more sick days a year. You don’t have to make up anything.

How about it’s that time of the month, killer cramps, back ache and head ache. On top of horrible personality. Male bosses won’t touch it and female bosses sympathize.
